Clock Tower Acres is right next to I-94, which makes commuting to other cities easy. Lincoln Village

If you go directly northwest from the base and across the water from Jones Island, you’ll find an exciting downtown area called Harbor View. This neighborhood has plenty of walkable areas with small businesses, restaurants, and a good mixture of single-family homes and apartments. Overall, this family-friendly neighborhood has an excellent nightlife, good housing, and is known for its diversity.

Harbor View is a vibrant place with a population of 1,208 and is considered by its residents to be one of the best places to live in Wisconsin.
