In Wayne County, you'll find the small city of Goldsboro, North Carolina. The city's motto is "Be More, Do More, Seymour" and it relates to the city's forward-growth mindset and its pride in being the home of the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. The city began as a small trading center in the late 1700s and grew into a bustling community of over 35,000 people.

The homes are well-established. The majority of them were built in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, but there are also newer homes built after the year 2000.
