The Marq: These are fully furnished luxury apartments with full beds, desks, attractive living room furniture, and television included. The kitchen is also equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Gilman/Frenn: These apartments are unfurnished but have a refrigerator and oven in the kitchen. Residents should provide their own microwaves and all other desired furnishings.

McCabe: A partially furnished apartment complex with desks, beds, desk chairs, dressers, and wardrobes. The kitchen also has a refrigerator and stove.

This apartment building is within walking distance from campus. In particular, it’s close to the Graduate School, Marquette Memorial Union, and Al McGuire center. Don’t hassle with commuter parking zones and rest assured that everything that you need is close to where you learn.

Tioga Apartments consists of 1-bedroom and studio apartments, so these rentals are suited for single occupants or two roommates. All apartment units have spacious closets, storage, laundry, parking, and security access. The monthly rent includes heat and water.

Villa 601 Apartments

Tower Apartments

Located right off I-43 and just three blocks from campus, Tower Apartment residents don’t even need to drive to campus. This apartment is a haven for graduate students and young professionals since it doesn’t allow undergraduates without a 4-year degree. Students who desire to live alone will love this community that is made up of primarily 1-bedroom and studio apartments.

The prices are affordable enough for one person to live alone comfortably or to share costs with a roommate. Residents enjoy amenities like an outdoor pool, gym, spacious laundry room with many machines, and clean common areas for socializing. Air conditioner, heat, and water included in the rent.

English Common

If you don’t mind being slightly away from campus, then English Common offers some incredibly affordable studios and 1-bedroom apartments that you’ll love. Each unit comes with basic internet, carpets, laundry, and is cable-ready. The rent also includes heat, gas, and water. If you’re a dental student, then you’ll especially love this community since it’s just a stone’s throw away from the Marquette Dental school.
