Amazing customer service. Had my stuff in this storage for years at least 4 years while I lived in New Orleans. I just got my things out this month and I have no complaints. Engrid provided the best customer service I could possibly think of. She made sure every issue I had was resolved from the time I arrived to the property until I left. I can be nothing more than thankful and grateful for her.
