The people that work there are great, especially Q. Full of info, very polite and accommodating. Not liking the increase in price though. The tenants were happy before you took over, not so much now. Your fees are outrageous and makes the company seem greedy and not caring about tenants!! Absolutely love Q though!!!

About Germantown, OH.

Germantown is a small suburb of Dayton, Ohio, in Montgomery County. Originally hometown to Pennsylvania Dutch (or German settlers, due to the change of the German “Deutch” to “Dutch” over the years), it is a small bedroom community that once fueled both a cigar industry and a distillery but which now mostly exists as a comfortable place to live when working in Dayton.

With a population of just under 6,000 people, it has a comfortable and charming atmosphere that is a somewhat small town overall. It is currently the sister city of Marktheidenfeld, Bavaria, Germany, which draws some tourism to the area. Its low-key nature and proximity to Dayton also make it a popular draw for tourists who want a more comfortable and homey place to visit.

Other common destinations include the active historic theater, The By-Jo, Tom’s Maze, Morgan’s Outdoor Adventures, Land of Illusion, Creekview Farms, Curious Styles & Coffee Shop, and multiple local restaurant destinations. Some of these steps are closer to Dayton than Germantown, though they are usually no more than a 10-20 minute drive from the downtown district.

Other major employers include Amazon and NuVasive, a research facility that often hires high-tech individuals.
