Very clean units, location seems secure. However I do not see any cameras and this is not a gated storage facility which is why I assumed the monthly price after the promotion is generally higher than surrounding units. But I'm happy with what I've been provided.

About Winston-Salem, NC
Winston-Salem is the county seat of Forsyth County. The 2020 census counted 249,545 people living in this city. The area started to develop into an emigrant community when settlers affiliated with the Moravian Church interacted with the native Cherokee people and, in 1753, founded the town of Salem. The town of Winston would be founded much later, in 1849. Then, in 1876, the two towns were thought of as being together as Winston-Salem. In 1913, the two cities officially combined to be incorporated as the city of Winston-Salem.
The Reynolds Family, known for the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, was very influential in the town's early development, with tobacco companies being the largest support of the local economy. This industry was followed by textiles with the Hanes factory established by the Hanes family.
In contemporary times, the city is best known for its many fine educational facilities, attractions, and beautiful scenic areas.
