Wasnt sure about renting here at first, there is no office on site. then the manager, Alicia reached out and explained how trnting worked in a non office location. then she went above and beyond and met me at the property, showed me to my unit, and showed me how to use the lock. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. would definitely recommend!

This place has the crappiest customer service! You can never get a hold of anyone that works there! My one unit was broke into stuff stolen and the lady (when she finally got a hold of me 22 days later) said they had the maintenance man on the investigation of the break ins. They never called the police and then locked me out of the facility so I couldn't even check my unit! Here's a pic of a fence in the back that had been broke and they fixed it with barely nothing! But I got to cheat on my boyfriend in the unit so 5 stars!!
