The industrial park expanded during the 1990s by adding Dental Resources Inc., Elletson Manufacturing, KWM Manufacturing, Product Technologies Inc., Rhino Roto Mold, and H & H Sports.
Residential development included the Donald & Victor Jude addition and the Donald C. Jude addition. Both are on the northern side of Maple Lake.
