Northborough shares a public high school with Southborough. It is Algonquin Regional High School.

Private Schools: Private schools in Northborough include the St. Bernadette Catholic School, a private elementary and middle school, and The Cornerstone Academy, a private elementary school. Private high schools in the surrounding area include Worchester's Bancroft School, Notre Dame Academy, and Worcester Academy. In Southborough, there is the Fay School and St. Mark's School; in Shrewsbury, you will find the St. John's High School.
