One of the best storage facilities I've used. Unfortunately, we didn't part on good terms. We both played our equal parts in our "performance". Such as it was. The on-site office/property manager is a very pleasant individual. He's very knowledgeable and informative regarding everything SROA offers the incoming potential customer. The "back office" leaves a lot to b desired. They're rude, arrogant, demeaning and worst of all accusatory without cause 😤. It's THEY'RE fast tongue that had me not only thrilled to be done having to deal with them, the greatest gift they gave me was not EVER having to talk to them or ANYONE from SROA EVER again! (Unless it's thru my lawyer!
