I have been renting here for quite a few years now I never had any problems- my credit card on file was recently deactivated and they were kind enough to waive the late fee being that I've never had a late fee in the past and it was a simple oversight on my part. Glad to see a company still put the customer first as it is getting rare and hard to find these days. Shout out to Sam my CSR -quickly resolved my problem and was very friendly, understanding & pleasant!

The storage units are nice and big. But with it being a indoor facility i can't stress enough on how much there needs to be a restroom at the facility, i have had to leave numerous times to take my children potty and myself, and have not understood why there is not a bathroom as it's a indoor facility.
