W County Line Rd/ County Rd 6: Renters in this suburban neighborhood pay an average monthly rent of $1,056, while buyers pay a median price of $188,443. Owners occupy the majority of the large and medium-sized homes in this area. Homes are single-family houses or mobile homes.

County Road 4/County Rd 11: The median cost of a home in this community is $179,622. The average rent is $1,265.
