This review is for the staff which are a friendly bunch!! I just got the unit so I haven't had a chance to see how things are yet. When I called they were very helpful with all the questions I had asked, they let me reserve my unit for 5 days until I could get there, and once I got their Debbie was just as friendly. The unit I got was affordable and came with a free lock. The only issues I have is that they are not 24hr access, you can't pay in advance (I like paying 3 to 6 months in advance with cash), and you can't park inside the storage facility gates. If I decided to ride my bike overnight or for multiple days I would have to leave my car parked outside the gate unsecured or be dropped off and picked up by someone. But other than that so far so good. I will update this review in four months of use.
