**Do I need a lock on my storage unit?**
Yes, for everyone''s safety we require a lock on your storage unit when you move-in. All of our office locations sell locks and no one will have a key except for you. Your peace of mind while renting is one of our top priorities.

**How long can I rent a storage unit?**
As long (or as short) as you like! We offer month-to-month leases with no long-term commitments in order to make the rental process as simple as possible.

**What size storage unit do I need?**

**How accurate are the storage unit sizes?**
We try to get the most accurate numbers for all of our storage units. All storage unite and parking space sizes and measurements are approximate

The inside measurements of the unit are usually 8-9 feet in height

**What is the clearance height for the doors on the storage units?**
Doors on the units typically have 6 ½ - 7-foot clearance

**For storage units between 5x5 and 5x15, what is the door width?**
5x5-5x15 usually have a standard 3-foot door, like your home front door

**For 10x10 and larger units, what is the door width?**
10x10 and larger storage units typically have a standard 8-foot door, like a garage

**Do you have a parking space big enough for my vehicle?**
We have parking spaces of all sizes. For the consideration of our other tenants, we ask that you measure your vehicle to ensure it will fit in your designated parking space.

**Can I Move Into a Parking Space Online or Over the Phone?**
Our call center can only reserve parking spots. All vehicles **MUST** be insured, registered, and in running condition. Information will have to be provided to the storage facility office at time of move in.

**How do I prepare my vehicle for long term parking?**
While we recommend that you check your manufacturer\'s instructions, we put together some quick vehicle preparation guides. By preparing your vehicle for long term storage, you can help prevent issues that may arise when a vehicle sits for long periods of time.
