When baseball games are not being played in the stadium, outdoor concerts and festivals are held at this venue. During the winter holidays, there is the very popular Night Lights show.

Dwight Lyndell Park is a public park maintained by Kent County. It is located in the heart of Comstock Park. It has 39 acres with lovely small lakes and beautiful walking, jogging, and bicycling trails. The park is famous for its Mill Creek Water Wheel. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to sunset, starting May 1 to the end of October. It is closed during the winter.
