I had a great experience with SROA at their Kent location (near Walmart) this summer. I interacted the most with Sammie who is just so wonderfully kind and helpful! The staff I communicated with on the SROA call center were also so so helpful! I even had the option of choosing the location of my unit so that I had one on the end and not too far from the office. Made access so much easier and was more comfortable for me as I had to go back and forth alone a few times. I highly recommend SROA and if I need storage again in the future, I’m going back here! Thanks, Sammie!!
